1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the POV Cam platform, services, APIs, or scanning a POV Cam QR code, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of a business, venue, or event organization, you represent that you have legal authority to bind that entity.

2. User-Generated Video Content & Licensing

When an attendee or creator uploads a video clip through a POV Cam portal:

• The uploader retains primary copyright ownership of their original footage.
• The uploader grants the host venue and POV Cam a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, transcode, watermark, display on in-venue screens, and publish promotional vertical social edits of the footage.
• Uploaders must not submit footage containing illegal acts, non-consensual recordings, hate speech, or severe intellectual property infringements.

3. Venue Subscriptions & Billing

Venues subscribe to monthly or annual plans. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring schedule according to the selected tier. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled prior to the renewal date via the business dashboard.

4. Partner & Affiliate Program Rules

Affiliate marketers earn a 15% recurring commission on paid subscription renewals generated by businesses registering with their referral link. Affiliates must not engage in deceptive advertising, spamming, search engine trademark bidding, or fraudulent self-referrals. Violation will result in immediate forfeiture of balances.

5. Live Commerce & Payments

Venues utilizing the Marketing Live Marketplace are responsible for fulfilling any merchandise, tickets, or beverage vouchers sold during livestreams. POV Cam acts as a technology facilitator and is not liable for physical event disputes.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, POV Cam shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from platform downtime, network latency during events, or third-party content.
