User-Submitted Video Footage: Videos voluntarily captured and uploaded by attendees via in-venue QR codes or web upload portals.
Account Information: Business names, email addresses, phone numbers, and encrypted credentials when registering as a venue or affiliate.
Technical Metadata: Device model, browser user agent, IP address, upload timestamps, and video duration for transcode telemetry.
Commerce & Transaction Data: Transaction references, currency selections, and order totals processed via certified payment gateways (Stripe, Paystack, Flutterwave). We do not store full credit card numbers on our servers.

3. Video Processing & Facial Biometrics Disclosures

POV Cam uses artificial intelligence models (including Google Gemini AI) strictly for safety moderation, frame stabilization, loudness leveling, and automated 9:16 aspect ratio cropping.

Important Biometrics Notice: POV Cam does not sell facial recognition, biometric databases, or personal identifiers to third-party data brokers or advertisers. AI processing is performed strictly to ensure community safety and compliance with venue terms.

4. Video Retention & Storage

Attendee video uploads are retained on secured cloud object storage clusters according to the subscribing venue's plan tier (typically 30 to 180 days). Uploaders can request permanent deletion of their footage at any time by contacting privacy@povcam.online with their clip reference ID.

5. Cookies & Local Storage

We use strictly necessary cookies to maintain session security, remember selected currency regions, and track affiliate referral attribution cookies (stored for up to 30 days). You may disable cookies through your browser settings, though certain interactive features may be limited.

6. International Data Transfers & GDPR/CCPA Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you have the right to request access, correction, portability, or deletion of your personal data under the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA).
